Return Policy

At Party Land customer satisfaction is our goal, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return merchandise purchased in-store or online at any Party Land store or by calling us.

Most purchases can be returned within 10 days with proof of receipt, some exceptions may apply.

All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions (for on line purchases only).

  • The product isn't used or damaged.
  • The product is in its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Helium tanks
  • Custom & personalized items
  • Partial Party Kits – Party Kit components may not be returned individually

Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, in original condition, and with a store receipt or order confirmation email. If a return is made within that 7-day period, you will be refunded in store credit*.

The refund amount returns to your original form of payment in about five to seven business days.

*Store credit is valid for in-store transactions only

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Party land!

Damaged items

If you received a damaged,defective or missing product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items*** purchased on line can be refunded.
